WorkForge is an application for self-employed tradespeople and small trade businesses that creates and sends professional quotes and invoices by voice. You speak to an AI assistant (the "orb") describing the job, and it drafts the document for you to review before anything is sent. WorkForge is available to users in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia, and is developed and operated as an independent application.
You must be at least 18 years old to use WorkForge. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You agree to use WorkForge only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into WorkForge — your business profile, customer details, and the quotes and invoices you create. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you input, and for having the right to store any customer data you add, including any imported from your device's Contacts.
We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the app. We will never sell your personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
WorkForge's core feature works by recording your voice and converting it to text (via a third-party transcription service), then using an AI model to understand your conversation and draft a quote or invoice. By using this feature, you consent to your spoken input and conversation being processed by these third-party providers for the sole purpose of generating your document. See our Privacy Policy for details on which providers are used.
You will always be shown the generated document and asked to confirm it before anything is sent to a customer — nothing is sent automatically without your review.
Quotes, invoices, and document text generated by WorkForge are drafted automatically based on what you say, and are provided as a starting point only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any document before it is sent to a customer.
This content should not be relied upon as professional financial, tax, or legal advice. WorkForge accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or penalty arising from reliance on AI-generated content, including errors in quotes or invoices sent to your customers.
We aim to keep WorkForge available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or withdraw features at any time. We will endeavour to notify you of significant changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence, including the United States and Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WorkForge after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
